A total renovation of the ground floor of the “Homerus” student house and adding two bathrooms on all upper floors. The renovation on the ground floor included two new toilets, creating a more spacious living area by breaking down walls, a storage room, a new kitchen, floor heating and changing the window glass for HR++glass.
